1. Who we are

FlexiVerb (flexiverb.com) is a Dutch verb conjugation reference for English-speaking learners. For questions about this policy, contact: our email.

2. Data we collect

We collect data only with your consent (see the cookie banner on your first visit). If you decline, we collect nothing beyond what is strictly necessary to serve the page.

With consent, we use:

  • Google Analytics 4 — anonymised page views, session duration, and referral source. No personally identifiable information is collected.
  • Google AdSense — personalised or non-personalised ads depending on your consent. Google may set its own cookies to serve and measure ads.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on your freely given consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking Reject non-essential in our cookie settings.

4. Data processors

We use Google LLC (United States) as a data processor for analytics and advertising. Google processes data under its own privacy policy and standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EEA. See Google's Privacy Policy.

5. How long we keep data

Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics, after which it is automatically deleted. Your consent preference is stored in your browser's local storage and is not sent to any server. It expires when you clear your browser data.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise these rights, contact us at our email.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when we add new features or services. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
